About Us

At the Faiyaz Freedom to Breathe Foundation (FFBF), we are committed to eliminating inequalities and hardships within underserved, minority communities.

We aim to forge and strengthen partnerships with agencies, coalitions, and grassroots efforts that share our vision of a more equitable society.

Mission Statement

FFBF’s goal is to successfully forge and strengthen partnerships with agencies, coalitions, and grassroots efforts that share our commitment to helping eliminate inequalities and hardships within underserved, minority communities.

Goal

Nutrition, clean air, shelter, and clothing are vital to everyone’s survival; it is our desire to
assist women and their families with these basic needs.

We achieve this through a variety of programs, including transitional housing for women and families facing homelessness, youth programs for children from low-income households, empowering women to establish and grow their small businesses, and racial justice and advocacy initiatives that educate and mobilize our community.

Our work has had a profound impact on the
lives of the people we serve.

I was homeless and hopeless, but FFBF gave me a second chance. Thanks to their transitional housing program, I was able to find a job and get back on my feet.
